The coverage of articles ranges across the broad area from sociology and anthropology to the philosophy of culture. Our effort is to advance dialogue between social sciences. Each issue consists of texts concerning its main theme and, in addition, reviews and polemic essays. Miscellanea Anthropologica et Sociologica is a reviewed journal. We accept articles in Polish and in English.
All articles published in our journal (with the exception of licensed reprints) are granted a general free use permission for non-commercial activities.
„Ars Educandi” is a yearbook established in 1998. It is affiliated with Institute of Pedagogy (Gdańsk University). Each edition focuses on one main category. There is also Publication – Inspiration – Polemics section which presents reviews of new various publications.
Quarterly „Dissability - Discursus of Special Pedagogy” aims to be up to date with issues covering special pedagogy and interdisciplinary views on disability issues. Each edition covers one subject field. According to act of Ministry of Science and Higher Education from 17 th December 2013 articles published in „Dissability - discursus of Special Pedagogy” receive 5 points.
„Problems of Early Education” is quarterly which covers scientific/critical texts also devoted to pedagogical practice. The idea of the publication is to examine childhood and early education that is undergoing dynamic developement and influances the way of thinking about culture, society and educational institutes. The publication is indexed in the following databases : Index Copernicus; The Central and Eastern European Online Library (CEEOL); The Central European Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities (CEJSH); Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education – 9,00; ICV – 6,06. From 2015 the publication is present on ERIH PLUS list.
„Civilization and Politics” is published by Division Science of Civilisation. The publication’s aim is to point scientific results regarding methodology/methodics of civilization and politics.
"European Journal of Transformation Studies" is periodical co-published by Institute of Political Sciences (Gdańsk University).

Current Issues in Personality Psychology (CIPP) publishes high quality original articles and reviews of recognized scientists that deal with personality theories and research from the perspective of social science, law and medicine. CIPP promotes the study and application of personality psychology to various domains of individual and social functioning.
In particular we are interested in such topics as the role of personality in interpersonal relations; individual differences; personality disorders; personality development; personality and behavior dynamics; quality of life and well being; the interplay of culture and personality; biosocial bases of personality; and personality assessment and diagnosis. However, we are open to innovative research and new conceptual reviews in the field of personality science.
The articles in this journal are published open access (OA)
Health Psychology Report (HPR) publishes high quality original articles and reviews of recognized scientists that deal with theories and research from the perspective of social and medicine medical science. HPR promotes the study and application of psychological approaches to health and illness. HPR opens the possibilities for young, capable scientists. The journal would like to give them a chance to have a publication following matter-of-fact, professional review by outstanding, famous scientists. Thanks to that they will have an opportunity to present their study results and/or receive useful advice about the mistakes they have made so far.
In particular we are interested in such topics as psychological aspects of illness, treatment processes and recovery; psychosocial factors in the etiology of illnesses; health attitudes and behavior, including prevention and promotion; the individual-health care system interface, particularly communication, and psychologically- based interventions; child and adolescent health; couple and family relationships in health; lifespan approaches to health, including those related to older adults; quality of life and well being; and research methodology, measurement, and statistics in health psychology. However, we are open to innovative research and new conceptual reviews in the field of health psychology.
